Hi, I'm Tom — nice to meet you.

I'm a product designer in Hong Kong. For the past five years I've been designing fintech, insurance and cross-border commerce products — the kind where people move money, file claims, or ship parcels across borders, and where trust is the whole game.

I care about solving the real problem, letting data rather than opinion settle design debates, and shipping work the business can measure. Lately I've been building AI tools and agents into my daily design workflow (that's what the AI Lab is for).
